If you wish to remove employees from specific locations, click on manage employees. To start, enter the name for this location, then enter the address of the business. https://adprun.net/ ADP will automatically locate the address and put in a boundary. Before holidays are awarded, you will have to select which holidays your company observes.

Uncheck the box and click Next. The next section will allow you to choose how you handle carryover. Hit Next once done. Here we can choose how the PTO Accrues. In this example, we are using Annual Allowance for Salary employees.

Finally, at the bottom you can choose to award holiday overtime. Toggle this option on to award employees that work on the holiday with overtime pay. Users will not be clocked in and out automatically when they are at or leave the scheduled location. The user must clock in and out using one of the time clock methods. This will open the Scheduling screen. The top row of the scheduling grid is for Open Shifts. This will open the scheduling screen. Manage Your Team Schedule from Any Location

If an employee doesn’t claim the shift before the expiration date, the shift will delete itself. After all the information is entered, click Next. To see the copied schedule, click on the arrow in the top left to go to the next week.

Then drag it to your desired location. If you’re not using a tile, simply toggle it off. This will grey out the tile to show that it’s not in use.

Click on View All Time Off Request. Notice that the hours are now displaying properly for Wednesday and we no longer have a flag on the timecard. Once you rename your custom PTO plan and select Next the set up would be the same as to how you previously set up your other PTO plans.
